When both spouses pass away, who will be appointed to manage your finances and settle your estate?

The portion that would have been given to the deceased beneficiary's children will return to the Trust Estate and be divided between the remaining beneficiaries.

It is necessary to prepare a deed to transfer the title (ownership) of your real property to the Trust. Please note there is a $200 fee per deed/property.
